Your mission
- You hire Sales Managers who are working from Spain, supervise their onboarding from our office in Bonn and ensure their successful integration and continuous development.
- You lead your team through sales and product coaching on the way to top performance.
- You act as the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that arise.
- In status meetings, you provide feedback to your Sales Managers to optimize their sales strategies and support them in achieving their goals and sales targets.
- You develop internal training and sales campaigns that are geared to the needs of the Spanish market.
- You report to the Head of International Sales providing insights on team performance and communicate with other team leads on goals, market challenges and opportunities.
- You conduct demo calls with potential customers to stay sharp on product knowledge and sales strategies and ensure you can successfully mentor your team and equip them to convey the value of SISTRIX's offerings effectively.
- You travel at least once per quarter to Spain to meet up with the team and to commercial events as needed to support your sales strategy.
